Maeve’s practice focuses on the representation of individuals and corporations in all stages of criminal and civil litigation in federal and state court. Her multifaceted background demonstrates her wealth of legal experience and her commitment to the highest standards of integrity and dedication, ensuring her clients receive the unwavering advocacy they deserve.

Maeve began her legal career clerking for the Honorable William J. Bauer of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Timothy M. Burgess of the Alaska District Court. Working alongside these esteemed judges, Maeve obtained invaluable insight and understanding of federal proceedings and appellate practice while navigating complex and evolving legal issues. After clerking, Maeve honed her litigation skills in private practice as an associate for two national law firms where she specialized in white collar criminal defense, commercial litigation, and state and federal appeals.

Prior to joining Cashion, Gilmore & Lindemuth, Maeve worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Anchorage Special Assaults Unit and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Alaska Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. In her time as a prosecutor, Maeve handled hundreds of criminal cases from pre-charging investigation through trial and sentencing. These cases included misdemeanor and felony assaults and DUIs, homicides and sexual assaults, and complex financial fraud. Maeve also currently serves in the American Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section and as a member of the American Law Institute.

Maeve’s passion for the law is rivaled only by her unwavering commitment to advocating for her client’s rights and interests.
