John has trial experience from around the State of Alaska. Licensed to practice since 1998, he has successfully conducted numerous jury trials, many of them receiving extensive media coverage. John is actively involved in the Alaska Bar Association and in the training of new trial attorneys. He is a member of the Alaska Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Alaska Association of Collaborative Professionals and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Chester has tried dozens of cases in Anchorage and Bethel, Alaska, and has appeared before the Alaska Supreme Court. He has successfully represented professionals in malpractice and regulatory matters, criminal defendants, and both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation. Chester is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a member of the Alaska Bar Association’s Ethics Committee.
Samantha has extensive civil and criminal litigation experience in Alaska and California. She has successfully represented criminal defendants as well as public entities in employment and labor law, and education matters. Samantha is a member of the Alaska Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, YWCA Alaska, and she serves on the steering committee of the Success Inside and Out Program.
Mera has significant litigation experience in both criminal and civil cases. She has successfully represented individuals and businesses in every phase of litigation, including jury trial. Mera has also represented licensed professionals such as engineers, appraisers, and real estate salespersons facing administrative licensing sanctions and revocations. Mera holds a Coast Guard 100 Gross Ton Master License and is a member of the Alaska Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions Committee.
